We deliver our products Australia wide.
Freight charges and transit times vary based on your location and the goods ordered.
If the delivery option selected at checkout does not fit the order, we will contact you with a delivery quote. We will compare options to find the most cost-effective transport method that suits your requirements.
Our online order system does not process card payments automatically so you will not be charged until you accept the delivery quote.

You may choose to pay on pickup instead of providing card details when placing the order.
Large concrete products (soakwells, septic tanks, covers, etc.) are not kept on-site, please contact us to discuss collections ahead of time.

Small Items

Auspost Regular Post Bag: $20 inc. GST
Auspost Express Post Bag: $23.50 inc. GST
Orders that fit in an A3 satchel and weigh less than 5kg can be sent at a flat rate Australia wide. Larger orders will be requoted as parcel deliveries.

Select this option for urgent deliveries and larger orders (multiple boxes, bigger items). Please contact us to discuss specific requirements. Small items can be delivered at low cost by same day car couriers.
WA only — Courier Ute Tray Service (within 20km): $30 inc. GST
If the delivery address is within 20km driving distance of our store in Welshpool (Western Australia), and the order fits in a ute tray (1.8 metres x 2.4 metres), we can book a ute tray courier service to deliver goods quickly at a flat rate.
Please contact us to discuss specific requirements.If the delivery address is outside of this range we will requote the delivery charge.

Pipes & Bulky Items

WA only — 4m/6m PIPE Roof Racks Courier (within 20km): $48 inc. GST
If the delivery address is within 20km driving distance of our store in Welshpool (Western Australia), and the total weight of pipes ordered is less than 150kg, we can book a roof rack courier service to deliver goods quickly at a flat rate.

If the address is outside of this range or the total weight is greater than 150kg we will requote the delivery charge.

Select this option if you’re unsure of which delivery method to choose, if you need pallets delivered, if you require a hiab crane truck to unload goods, if you’re outside 20km driving distance of our store, or the total weight of pipes ordered may exceed 150kg.

Concrete Products

Please Quote Delivery
Large concrete products (soakwells, septic tanks, covers, etc.) must be delivered using hiab crane trucks by specialist drivers. Delivery times vary depending on the backlog of concrete deliveries going out. Please contact us for delivery quotes and to discuss specific requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged for delivery?
Once your order has been packed and the delivery option has been confirmed. We will contact you before processing payment if a delivery quote is required or we are short-stocked of any products. Our online order system does not process card payments automatically so you will not be charged for anything until the delivery option has confirmed.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally packed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. It may take an additional day for the order to be collected by a courier if it is packed late in the afternoon. If an order is especially urgent please contact us so we can try to work around your requirements.
I placed an order over the weekend, when will it be processed?
Orders placed late Friday, or over the weekend, are usually processed in the following week. If you require something organised for early Monday please contact us.
What happens if I select the wrong delivery option?
We will contact you by phone or email with a delivery quote.
